Dr. Jagdish Patel, a Board Certified physician, has been providing comprehensive pediatric care since 1993. He earned his medical degree at B.J. Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. He completed an internship and residency at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso, where he was Chief Resident and was awarded Best Resident in 1993.

Dr. Patel has also been named Best Doctor in America. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Texas Medical Association and the El Paso County Medical Society. In addition, he participates in the El Paso Physician TV program and served as Chief of Staff at one of the local hospitals.

In his leisure time, Dr. Patel enjoys movies, music and watching football and basketball games with his son. He also enjoys spending time with his family and granddaughter.

Dr. Jignesh Patel has been a pediatric specialist since 2003. He earned his medical degree from B.J. Medical College in Ahmedabed, India and completed a residency at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso. Dr. Patel is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Texas Medical Association and the El Paso County Medical Society. He also participates in the El Paso Physician TV program.

Dr. Pratibha Shirsat is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She received her Medical Degree from Seth G.S. Medical College in Bombay, India. She spent her first year of Residency at the Long Island Jewish Hillside Medical Center in New York; and completed her residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York in 1980, where she was also the Chief Resident of Pediatrics.

Dr. Shirsat has received numerous awards throughout her career as a Pediatrician. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Texas Medical Association, El Paso Pediatrics Society and Texas Pediatrics Society.



During her leisure time, Dr. Shirsat enjoys spending time with her family.

Dr. Riddhi Patel is a Board Certified Pediatrician who completed her residency training at TTUHSC El Paso in 2019. Prior to that, she earned her medical degree at Texas A&M College of Medicine. She is a mother to two beautiful daughters. Dr. Patel has lived here since she was 6 months old and is fluent in Spanish. It has always been her dream to follow in the footsteps of her dad and uncle to care for children in the community.

Dr. Angelica Baylon Andrew is a Board Certified Pediatrician. She earned her medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency training at TTUHSC El Paso. Dr. Baylon grew up in our sister city of Juarez and is bilingual. She specializes in providing comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents.

Dr. Raj Patel, is a Board Certified Pediatrician. He earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine. He completed his Pediatric Residency training at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Dr. Patel was born and raised in El Paso and loves the vibrant and diverse community that it offers. He is excited to be able to give back to the community that he loves.

Klaudia is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care. She was born and raised in El Paso. She earned a Bachelors and Master’s degree of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso. Klaudia has over 18 years of pediatric nursing care experience and joined Pediatric Health Center in 2003. She is an active member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.



Away from the office, Klaudia, loves spending time with her husband, son, and twin daughters. She enjoys traveling, camping, watching baseball and cheering her kids on, at their extracurricular activities.

Priscilla Lemus is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She completed her BSN from the Gayle Greve Hunt School of Nursing at TTUHSC and earned her MSN from the University of Texas at El Paso. Commencing her nursing career in the PICU, she expanded her expertise in the PACU before transitioning to pediatric primary care as a nurse practitioner. A native of El Paso, Priscilla takes gratification in caring for her patients and contributing to the community. Beyond her personal endeavors, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her family and friends.
